Ingredients

  • tarhana - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • water - 4 1/5 cups (1 liter)
  • butter - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • feta cheese - 7 oz (200 g)

How to make

Put the trahana with the butter in a container with cold water and while stirring constantly, boil on low heat until completely soft and all the water gets absorbed.

You will get a medium-thick mixture, serve it with crumbled feta cheese.
