How to make
The rice is washed and boiled with 3 cups of salted water, until the water evaporates.
If there is any water left in the pot, strain it and set it aside to cool.
Finely chop the parsley, dill and onion.
Pour the rice into a suitable bowl, add the green spices and mix.
Season with salt, pomegranate sauce, a little soy sauce and the juice of about a quarter of a lemon.
Stir once more and the rice salad is served.
The brown rice salad with green spices is ready.
