How to make
Clean the mackerels from the bones and skin and cut them into small pieces.
Boil the potatoes, peel and dice them. Dice the pickles from which you strained the brine.
Mix everything and add the oil, finely chopped parsley, lemon juice and salt to taste.
Garnish the potato salad with the sliced eggs.
The smoked mackerel with potato salad is ready.
