How to make
The pork is cut into pieces and lightly fried along with the finely chopped onions, leeks and peppers.
Then it is transferred into a pot, poured with water and left to boil for 1 hour.
A batter is made by leaving the flour in a pan until it acquires a golden brown color and adding the milk to it while constantly stirring.
Then add the tomato paste and the spices. Add some pork broth and let it boil for about 5 minutes.
Then transfer it into the pot, add the diced potatoes and let it boil again for 20 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked.
