Ingredients

  • plain biscuits - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • milk - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • cocoa pudding - 2 oz (60 g)
  • flour - 1 tbsp.
  • sugar - 1/2 cup
  • egg yolks - 2
  • butter - 2 - 3 tbsp.
  • walnuts - for sprinkling
  • coconut shavings

How to make

Boil the milk, add the beaten egg yolks and the flour.

Dissolve the pudding in 1 cup of water and add it to the milk. Stir constantly until ready (the cream should not be too thick).

Add 2-3 tablespoons of butter to the finished cream.

Arrange a row of biscuits, which have been dipped in lukewarm milk in advance. Cover them with cream.

Do the same with the rest of the biscuits.

Sprinkle with grinded walnuts and coconut shavings.

Leave the biscuit cake cool to set.

The biscuit cake with cocoa cream is ready.
