How to make
Wash and clean the potatoes, then put them to boil, but be careful not to over boil them. Drain the water from the boiled potatoes.
Heat the oil in a pot or deep frying pan and add the potatoes. Stir carefully for 2-3 minutes.
Season with garlic, salt, pepper and crushed vegetable broth. Finally, add the chopped dill, cook 1 more minute and remove it from the heat.
