How to make
Wash the spring potatoes under running water and without peeling them put them in a pot or deep pan. Pour on the oil and stir.
Braise 4-5 min. on moderate temperature, while stirring several times to prevent sticking.
Pour in the beer and remaining ingredients. Leave the dish to simmer on low heat 10-12 min. with lid on, while stirring periodically.
Remove from the stove once the potatoes soften enough.
