Ingredients

  • potatoes - 9 pcs.
  • carrots - 2 pcs.
  • dock - 5 leaves
  • spring onions - 2 - 3 stalks
  • peas - 1 handful from a jar
  • sunflower oil - 2 - 3 tbsp.
  • himalayan salt - 1 tsp. (fine)
  • ground black pepper - 2 pinches
  • mint - 1 stalk (fresh)
  • apple cider vinegar - 1 tsp. (optional)

How to make

Steam the peeled and sliced vegetables - diced potatoes, the carrots cut into crescents or quarters and the dock cut into strips.

Transfer them into a deep bowl and mix them with the finely chopped spring onions, peas, sunflower oil, Himalayan fine salt, ground black pepper and if desired, a sprig of mint and a little vinegar.

Mix everything evenly. Distribute it in portions - hot or cold and it is served with fried eggs.
