How to make

Melt the butter. Mash the goat cheese.

Cut the filo pastries down the middle into rectangles.

Spread each filo pastry sheet with butter, place fresh spice leaves on top and cover with a second one.

Spread again with butter and place a spoonful of the cheese. Roll it up into a cigar.

Beat the yolk of an egg and spread the filo pastries with it.

Sprinkle with seeds and bake in a preheated oven at 340°F (170°C) for 12-15 minutes. Pour honey over the baked herbal cigars.

Prepare the salad for the filo pastries from grated daikon turnip, carrots and apples.

Season with salt and black pepper and serve alongside the filo pastries with herbs and cheese.
