How to make
Puree the tomatoes and mix them with the puree. Wash the fish, salt it, and rub it with ground black pepper. Put the fillets in a glass cook pot and cut the pickles and carrots into round slices.
Add the sterilized peas, tomatoes and oil, add the bay leaf. Close with a lid and bake for about 1 hour at 390°F (200 °C).
