How to make
To prepare this marmalade it is good to use well-ripened fruit, because no sugar will be added.
Cut the plums into 4 and remove the pits.
Cut the apples into small cubes.
I did not peel the apples.
Put the fruit in a deep pot and pour 10 fl oz (300 ml) of water.
Boil them until completely soft, by stirring occasionally.
Then blend until smooth and place back onto the stove for another 30 minutes, stirring constantly.
It should be on medium heat, because otherwise it splatters a lot and you are likely to burn yourself.
As soon as the sugar-free jam reaches the desired thickness, distribute it in clean and dry jars, which you should then sterilize for 15 minutes, from the moment of boiling.
