How to make
For this delicious jam you will need well-ripened plums, because it is sugar-free.
Wash and cut the prunes in half and remove the pits.
Arrange them in a large baking pan in a row next to each other.
Sprinkle them with coarsely chopped walnuts and if desired, you can add vanilla, 2-3 tablespoons of rum or 2-3 geranium leaves. Additional flavors are optional.
Pour a little water into the baking pan and bake the plum jam in a 390°F (200°C) oven with the fan on for about 60-80 minutes, until the desired thickness is obtained.
Then distribute the finished jam into clean and dry jars, which you sterilize for 15 minutes from the moment of boiling.
From this amount, I prepared 6 jars with a capacity of 9 oz (250 g).
