How to make
It's best that cherries are overripe. Wash and pit the organic cherries.
For the juice:
Put 2 kg. peeled cherries in the pot, add water and put them on the stove to boil. Let the cherries cook well so that the juice becomes more pleasant.
Once ready, strain the juice with a colander from the fruit.
You can sweeten the finished cherry juice with 10 drops of sweetener. Put it in the fridge to cool.
For the jam:
Put the cleaned organic cherries in a deeper pan. Add water and put it on the stove to simmer on low heat.
When the water starts to boil, start stirring, if desired you can add 5 drops of sweetener. Put lemon juice on the tip of a teaspoon and stir again until the water boils.
Once the cherry jam is ready, let it cool.
The sugar-free organic juice and cherry jam are ready.
