How to make
Put the roundly sliced carrots and onions, finely chopped garlic cloves, chopped parsley, bay leaf, crushed broth cube and black pepper in a pot with cold water. Once everything comes to a boil, add the cleaned and portioned chicken. Let it boil over low heat until ready.
Then, remove the meat and boil the rice in the strained broth.
Arrange the chicken meat in a greased tray smeared with a little of the meat and bake until it takes on a light tan in a moderate oven. Serve the rice, sprinkled with ground black pepper, and put a portion of boiled chicken on top of it.
