How to make
Wash the leaves and drain them. Fry the finely chopped onion in a little oil, add the rice and fry until it turns glassy. Leave aside to cool. Meanwhile, crush the feta cheese in a bowl, add the beaten eggs, crushed garlic.
Add the mixture to the rice and onion. Stir and wrap the vine leaves into dolmades. Boil in a pressure cooker or in a regular pot for 40-50 minutes, pressing down with a small saucer to prevent them from unwrapping.
Serve with yoghurt and paprika on top.
