"An omelette - but not just any omelette - this one`s like the ones they serve in French restaurants."

Ingredients

  • eggs - 3
  • chicken - 5.5 oz (150 g) boiled
  • cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • water - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • mustard - 1 tsp
  • ketchup - 1 tsp
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • oil - 2 1/3 tbsp (35 ml)

How to make

Beat the eggs with the water, mustard, ketchup and salt and pepper. Then mix them with the finely chopped boiled chicken pieces.

Pour the omelet in a large pan with the heated oil to fry on both sides until browned. Sprinkle grated cheese on half the omelet and fold it so that the cheese melts.

Serve the omelet with chicken with fresh vegetables.
