How to make
Tenderize the meat gently if it is too thick and rub it well with salt, black pepper, paprika and dried thyme.
Arrange the meat in a glass cooking tray with a lid and pour on the wine and some warm water - enough to cover the meat slightly. On each steak, arrange slices of smoked processed cheese.
Put the lid on and put it to bake for about 1 hour in a moderate oven.
