Ingredients

  • chicken breasts - 7 oz (200 g), boiled
  • iceberg lettuce - 1
  • mandarins - 1 - 2
  • raisins - 1 handful, seedless
  • sausages - 5.5 oz (150 g) smoked chicken fillet
  • green onions - 1 stalk
  • sauce - 1 cup, curry
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • salt
  • black pepper - to taste
  • olive oil - 2 tablespoons

How to make

Shred the boiled chicken pieces and cut the smoked fillet into small squares. In a large bowl, cut or chop the iceberg lettuce, add the meat, raisins, mandarins, chopped onion and toss slightly.

From the remaining spices, make a dressing, pour it over the salad and serve.
