How to make
Cook the chicken in salted water and cut it into stripes.
Cook the potatoes in salted water as well, and chop them into small cubes.
Add half of the peeled and chupped mango, chicken, chopped boiled potatoes and raisins in a bowl. Make a sauce from the mayonnaise, curry and lemon juice, and pour it on top.
Season with salt and black pepper, add the cashew nuts and mix all the ingedients together.
Decorate the chicken salad with a few cashew nuts and sliced mango.
