Soak the prunes and raisins in lukewarm water for 10-15 minutes.
Then put the pot on the stove to boil on low heat, by adding the chopped lemon peel.
After a while, add the cloves and the cinnamon stick. As soon as the fruits are cooked and soften, mix with the sugar towards the end.
Remove from the heat and remove the cloves and cinnamon. Serve the prunes oshav chilled.
