How to make
The mussels are washed and put in a large pot with a little water and a few sprigs of lovage to boil.
When the mussels open up and the edible part can be seen, they are removed from the heat. Wait for them to cool down and clean them from the shells.
The cleaned mussels are placed in a bowl along with the olives, the sliced crab sticks and finely chopped onions.
Everything is mixed very well.
It is seasoned with dill, lovage, lemon juice and olive oil.
