How to make
Season the pork with salt and black pepper, then grill it. Peel and cut the potatoes into coarse chunks. Pour oil over the potatoes, sprinkle them with the garden vegetable seasoning and add the finely chopped parsley.
Mix the potatoes well and place them in a deep tray. Pour in 2 cups (500 ml) light beer and arrange the pork on top. Grate cheese over the meat lightly and put slices of bacon on top.
Bake at 390°F (200 °C) for 45 minutes. Serve the dish with a glass of beer.
