How to make
Bake the beef burgers in a small oven along with the red onions cut into slices and sprinkled with brown sugar, pouring them with a little oil.
Once they are ready, put the cheddar on them so that it melts a little. Prepare the ketchup and barbecue sauce by mixing the ketchup, barbecue sauce, olive oil and basil in a saucepan over low heat and stir until it boils.
Cut the tomato into slices. Cut the buns in half lengthwise through the middle, turning each one with the cut side down in the tray where we baked the burgers, and toast them also lightly in the oven.
Then spread the bottom half of each burger bun (which has previously soaked up the burger grease in the tray) with pesto and mustard.
Place a leaf of lettuce and the beef burger with cheddar on it. Add the caramelized onions and tomato slices.
Pour with garlic sauce and ketchup and barbecue sauce.
Finally, place the top half of the buns and place a wooden skewer through each beef burger.
Serve the beef burger with ketchup and barbecue sauce with fries.
