  • compote juice - 12 fl oz (350 ml)
  • sugar - 6 tbsp.
  • gelatin - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • lemon juice - 1/2 tsp. or citric acid

How to make

Use compote juice of choice, fruit puree or fruit juice. If you don't like very sweet desserts, reduce the sugar to 2-3 spoons.

Heat the compote juice on the stove, remove from the heat and add 50 g of gelatin.

Stir well and set the mixture aside so that the gelatin swells.

Once the gelatin has swelled, return the mixture to the heat and stir occasionally until smooth. Pour the sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice (citric acid).

Pour everything into a jug and pour the mixture into candy/ice molds.

Leave the candies in the freezer to harden.

The easy compote gummy candies are ready.
