measures

How to make

Grind one package of biscuits in a blender and finely crush the other package.

Cut the walnuts. Melt the butter.

Beat the eggs with the sugar and put them in a water bath, stirring constantly until a light cream is obtained. It is best done with a mixer.

In a bowl, mix the biscuits, walnuts, cocoa, melted butter and egg cream and stir.

Grab a springform pan (26 cm) and pour the mixture. Smooth it out and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Cut the fruit into a bowl and pour them with lemon juice of 1/2 lemon. Stir gently.

Soak the gelatin in 50 ml of the juice of the fruit. Leave it for 10-15 minutes. Then place it in a pot in a water bath until it has liquified.

Arrange the fruit however you like. I used strawberries, cherries, banana and canned pineapple.

In the remaining fruit juice, dissolve 3 tbsp. sugar and mix it with the finished gelatin.

Pour the fruit with this mixture.

Put the cake in the fridge for a few hours, preferably overnight.

Enjoy your meal!
