  • biscuits - 3 packs, plain, large
  • yoghurt - 1 cup strained + 3 tablespoons regular
  • liquid cream - 1 package
  • powdered sugar - 1 1/2 cup
  • milk - for dipping the biscuits
  • fruits - dried, by choice, (apricots, raisins ...)

How to make

In a bowl, beat the yoghurts with 1 cup of powdered sugar with a mixer. Separately, beat 1/2 cup powdered sugar with the liquid cream until it becomes a fluffy cream. Carefully combine the 2 mixtures.

Begin to stack the cake and dip each biscuit briefly in milk. Arrange a layer of biscuits, then a layer of cream on top, until you run out of products.

Cover the entire cake with the cream and sprinkle with chopped dried fruits. Allow it to sit in a cool area for 4 hours.
