How to make
Wash the peaches, remove the pits and cut them into pieces in a deep pot.
Pour the sugar on top, cover them and leave them for 2 hours.
Then put the pot on the stove and heat it up. Boil for 20-25 minutes and add the bananas cut into pieces.
Add pectin and vanilla and boil for another 10 minutes.
Add the citric acid.
Remove from the heat and immediately pour the jam into clean and dry jars.
Close them tightly.
The banana and peach jam is ready.
