How to make
Clean the peaches of pits and cut them into small pieces. Put the peaches in a large tray and mix them with the sugar. Put them to bake in moderately hot oven, stirring occasionally.
Toast the walnuts in a hot pan. Once the peaches are nice and soft, remove and mix them with the walnuts and pour the hot jam into jars. Close them well and turn them with their caps down.
