  • acacia - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • citric acid - 1 tsp.
  • water - 6 cups (1500 ml)
  • sugar - 2.8 lb (1300 g)

How to make

The water is put on the stove to boil, after which the well-cleaned and washed acacia is added to it.

Boil the acacia for about 10 minutes, then strain the liquid.

Add the specified amount of sugar and continue boiling until you see the honey thicken. Before it is ready, add the citric acid.

Pour the syrup into dry jars and close with lids. Then sterilize it for 5 minutes.

The homemade acacia syrup is ready.
