How to make
With the products described above, shape the dough for the honey sweets.
We divide it into 2 parts, shaping each part into long strips.
We cut these strips into pieces, which we shape into honey balls.
Flatten each ball and arrange them in a tray.
Place in the oven at 360°F (180°C) for 10-12 minutes.
After they are baked, we leave them aside to cool.
We stick two at a time, with the jam of your choice, letting a little of it come out between the two honey sweets.
We roll each one in coconut shavings.
Arrange on a plate and serve.
