How to make
Dice the potatoes (I boil them in advance because I have a weak oven). In a separate container, finely chop the onion and fry it with the spices and minced meat.
Mix them all in a tray along with the tomatoes and bake for 15 minutes at 460°F (240 °C). Then add a sauce on top, made from the milk, egg yolks and a little flour, to thicken.
Bake the moussaka for another 10-odd minutes and serve it.
