How to make
The steaks are washed, dried and pounded to make them thinner and more even.
Prepare the marinade from the squeezed lemon, olive oil, honey and mustard. They are left in it for several hours. They are rolled in spices.
The oven is heating up.
In a glass baking dish the turkey steaks are cooked under a lid. Finally, the lid is removed and lightly roasted until golden brown.
The Roasted Turkey Steaks are ready.
