How to make
Beat the eggs and sugar to a fluffy cream with a mixer. Pour the oil and warm milk into the mixture in a thin stream.
Sift the flour and add the baking powder to it and mix, adding it in stages while continuously and slowly mixing with a spatula.
Add the walnuts, raisins and finely grated lemon peel, mix again.
Separate one cup of the mixture and add 1 tbsp. Nescafé, stir until smooth.
Pour half of the yellow mixture into a greased mold. Pour the brown mixture on top of it and the remaining yellow mixture on top of it, stir it 2-3 times to make the sponge cake fluffy and patterned.
Place the mold in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) and bake until done, checking with a wooden stick.
After removing the fluffy sponge cake from the mold, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
