How to make
Peel the carrots and clean them, wash them and cut them into wheels.
Add them to the butter in a deep pot and stew them under a lid.
To prevent them from burning, you can add 1 tbsp. water.
After the carrots are soft, add salt, sprinkle with the half spoonful of flour and pour the milk.
Leave on the heat a little longer, then strain the meat sauce through a sieve.
