  • carrots - 3.3 lb (1.5 kg)
  • butter - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • salt
  • flour - 1 tbsp. not full
  • milk - 1 and 1/2 cups

How to make

Peel the carrots and clean them, wash them and cut them into wheels.

Add them to the butter in a deep pot and stew them under a lid.
