How to make
I mix all the ingredients in a bowl. I lightly sprinkled the inside and outside of the fish with salt. I make three cuts on both sides of the fish, so that they can better absorb the flavors from the marinade.
I put the fish with its belly facing up in a box with a lid so they would stay that way when I closed them. I put the marinade first in their bellies and heads, then pour the remaining marinade over the fish.
I close the box with a lid and leave it in the marinade for a few hours. If I don't have time, I immediately throw them on the grill or grill pan.
I put each sea bream separately on a double layer of aluminum foil, again add the remaining marinade and wrap the foil like an envelope so that the marinade does not leak during baking.
For this purpose, I also put a third foil and bake first from the entire part of the foil.
The shiny side of the foil should always be on the outside so it doesn't stick to the fish. I put them on a well-heated grill pan or on the grill. Bake for 8-10 minutes on each side.
I open up the grilled fish, which have slightly cooled after about 10-12 minutes. They are tasty and look nice on the plate!
The grilled sea bream in foil is ready.
