How to make

The sea bass I used are from the store, cleaned in a box. If yours aren't, you need to give them a good clean. I wash them well with cold water. We don't remove the heads and tails. Cut two sheets of foil.

The foil should be big enough to wrap the fish. I spread one sheet of foil on a counter.

Spread it in the middle with 1 tbsp. olive oil lengthwise. I salt the sea bass and lightly sprinkle it all over with a little black pepper.

Finely chop the parsley. I put it in a bowl and add the dry rosemary, mix. I clean one clove of garlic and chop it finely. I cut the onion into small pieces.

I spread the mixture of parsley and rosemary on the surface of one fish, I also put it inside.

Then I distribute the onion and garlic on top for flavor. Finally, I add 1 tablespoon of olive oil lengthwise. I wrap the fish well with the foil and put it in a baking pan.

The same is repeated with the other fish. We bake the fish at 390°F (200°C) in a heated oven for 30 minutes.

Then we open the foil and bake for another 10 minutes.

We eat it with salad. You can serve it in a suitable fish plate with the foil itself, by opening it slightly.

Pleasant aroma and taste. Enjoy!

The sea bass in foil with rosemary and parsley is ready.
