How to make
The meat is cut into steaks and pounded. Put it in a bowl, cut the onion into slices, add oil and salt.
Mix and refrigerate for one hour. After that time, take out the steaks and sprinkle with black pepper and paprika.
They are drizzled with oil and placed in a baking bag, with the slices from the marinade placed on top of them.
Bake for about 40 minutes at 430°F (220°C). They are garnished however you like.
