How to make

For this delicious pasta carbonara, first start by making fresh pasta from the ingredients listed and 6.8 fl oz (200 ml) of water.

Mix the mixture well, roll out the dough well, then leave it in the fridge for 1 hour.

After taking it out of the fridge, spread it well with olive oil and roll it into small balls, making it into even strips to go into the pasta machine. After making strips, coat them with a little flour, boil for a minimum of 3-4 minutes.
