Ingredients

  • leeks - 2 cups finely chopped
  • carrots - 1/2 cup diced
  • oil - 3 tbsp.
  • butter - 1 tbsp.
  • dry celery - to taste
  • dry thyme - to taste
  • dry parsley - to taste
  • black pepper - 1 pinch
  • chicken broth - 1 cube
  • vermicelli noodles - 2 - 3 tbsp.
  • milk - 1/2 cup
  • paprika - 1/2 tsp.
  • flour - 1 tbsp.

How to make

Stew the chopped leeks and carrots along with the black pepper to taste with a little water, oil and butter.

When the vegetables soften and remain in fat, add paprika and flour.

Pour 3 cups of warm water, sprinkle celery, thyme, and parsley, crush a cube of [chicken broth and let it boil.
