How to make

Cut the puff pastry into 4 equal strips.

On top of two of them, arrange the ham and sprinkle with the crumbled white cheese.

Place the blanched spinach mixed with the ricotta on the other two strips.

Roll the strips into a roll width wise. Grease a baking pan with oil.

Roll one of the prepared puff pastry strips into a spiral. Around it, twist another and so on until you form the twisted patty.

Spread it with the milk. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp. poppy seeds.

Bake at 390°F (200°C) in a preheated oven for 5 minutes, then reduce the oven to 340°F (170°C) and finish baking the appetizing puff pastry pie until nicely browned.

Enjoy!
