For these appetizing vegetable patties, peel and cut the potatoes into chunks. Cut the mushrooms as well.
Put the vegetables in a pot of salted water and cook until they're ready.
Strain the prepared potatoes and mushrooms and puree.
Add the crumbled white cheese, the beaten egg, the breadcrumbs.
Season with a pinch of black pepper and parsley.
Knead the mixture, leave for 15-20 min to flavor well.
Use a spoon to take out of the mixture, roll in flour and flatten lightly with your hands.
Fry the potato patties in hot oil.
Remove them and place them onto a paper towel to absorb the excess fat.
Serve the Potato Patties with Mushrooms and White Cheese warm with yogurt-garlic sauce or a salad of your choice!
