How to make
You need plastic bags - 5 pcs.
Clean the peppers from the seed part. Wash them well under running water.
Heat water in a large pot and put 1-2 tbsp. salt.
As soon as the water boils, put a few peppers. Blanch them for a few minutes until they change color.
Arrange them in a tray with the opening facing down to drain all the water.
Continue until you run out of peppers.
Leave for a few hours to cool completely.
Prepare disposable plastic bags. Put the peppers in them, tightly next to each other.
I usually put 10-12 pcs. in one bag, the amount I need for one cooking.
Put them in the freezer.
Before using, defrost the frozen stuffed peppers at room temperature or refrigerate overnight.
The next day stuff the peppers with your desired filling.
