  • almonds - 7 oz (200 g) roasted
  • sugar - 7 oz (200 g)
  • water - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp. essence (optional)

How to make

Pour the water and sugar into a pan over medium heat.

Stir well until warm.

Then add the almonds and vanilla. Stir until the mixture thickens and becomes homogeneous.

Pour the caramelized almonds onto baking paper until cool. After 10-15 minutes, break them (optional).
