How to make
Caramelize the sugar, adding an even amount of water (1-2 tbsp.).
Leave a light caramel to form, by shaking the pan towards the end and not stirring.
Once the caramel is obtained, drop the hazelnuts and lightly roll them in the caramel.
Remove the caramelized hazelnuts and place them onto baking paper or a smooth surface. Then pour them into a bowl.
