  • hazelnuts - 1 1/5 cups (300 g)
  • sugar - 5 tbsp
  • rum - 2 tablespoons or vodka
  • butter - 1 2/3 tbsp (25 g)

How to make

Pour the nuts into a bowl and crush them into very small pieces.

Fry the hazelnuts in hot oil. Add sugar and vodka/rum.
