How to make
Beat the eggs along with the sugar into a light and fluffy cream. Add the butter, cottage cheese, semolina and lemon juice in sequence.
After you have beaten everything and a homogeneous mixture is obtained, sift the flour along with the baking powder in portions to the mixture and mix with a spatula, until it is completely integrated.
Turn on the oven and preheat it to 360°F (180°C) - upper and lower resistor wire without a fan.
Chop the almonds with a knife, put most of them in the mixture, stir and pour into a greased and floured cake tin or round mold with a diameter of 70°F (22 cm).
Bake, until it is fully baked and a nice golden color is obtained (25-30 minutes).
Cool the baked cake onto a wire rack and sprinkle it with the remaining caramelized almonds.
