Ingredients

  • mince - 1 kg (50% pork - 50% beef)
  • onions - 1 head
  • eggs - 2
  • parsley - fresh
  • spearmint - fresh
  • cumin - ground
  • black pepper
  • breadcrumbs - 2 tablespoons
  • oil - for frying

How to make

Finely chop the onion, parsley and spearmint.

Knead the minced meat with all the other products.

Shape frikkadels with greased hands and fry them in preheated oil.
