How to make
Put the minced meat in a bowl and add the peeled, grated and drained of any excess liquid potatoes. Add the grated onion, olives*, cheese*, egg and all the spices.
Knead the mixture well. Leave it for 30-40 minutes in the refrigerator to allow the flavors to blend. Shape with greased hands into balls and arrange them in a greased tray.
Pour in a trickle of oil over them. Put them to bake in a heated 390°F (200 °C) oven until tender. Serve the frikkadels with a salad of your choice and mayonnaise sauce.
