  • peaches - 2 pcs.
  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • sugar - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • milk - 8 fl oz (240 ml)

measures

How to make

The baking pan in which we will bake the clafoutis is greased with butter and sprinkled with sugar. The pre-washed and pitted cherries are arranged in the baking pan along with the diced peaches.

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture turns white. Add the milk, the melted butter, and then the sifted flour with the salt and vanilla. A relatively thin batter is obtained, which is poured evenly over the fruit.

The fruit cake is baked in an oven heated to 360°F (180°C) for 45 minutes or until nicely browned. The finished and cooled fruit clafoutis is served sprinkled with powdered sugar.

The traditional fruit clafoutis is the perfect French dessert to sweeten your day with.
