How to make
Heat the oven to 360°F (180 °C). Smear a 9″ (23 cm) diameter baking form with melted butter. Sift the flour in a bowl, add the salt and sugar to it.
Make a well in the middle and pour in the eggs. Add the milk, rum, vanilla and lemon juice. Stir everything very well.
Cut the apples into thin slices and mix them with the washed raspberries. Arrange them at the bottom of the form, pour the dough on top.
Bake about 40 min., remove from the oven and leave the clafoutis to cool. Turn it upside down, cut and serve.
